SMI SRL, due to many years of experience gained working with this sector, is specilised in creating electrical systems to suit the activities of Services industries starting from pinpointing the customer’s needs when designing the system up to installation and final activation.

Electrical cabinets and medium voltage panels are main components for secondary distribution required by industries. They play a key role since they are the link between the electricity distribution board and the distribution system of the final client.

Because they are of primary importance, these systems must be created by highly and specifically skilled technicians concerning safety applied to workplaces and the choice of quality main components in order to guarantee uninterrupted operation and safety with the final use during normal running activities of the systems.

SMI srl has skilled technicians who design and install L.P.S. (Lightning Protection Systems) using innovative solutions in collaboration with SIPF (Roncarati srl).

The system develops high performance lightning protection that: allows to move freely, does not require support, is built using noble materials, is an isolated system and is particularly versatile and can therefore be applied to any structure. The system is located at a distance from the building that needs protecting also when isolation is not required and without weighing on the structure.  Conductivity is five times higher than galvanized steel, the system is weather resistant and faster to install than traditional systems.

We provide accurate monitoring of plants

The idea of a monitoring system is consequent to the need to check photovoltaic plant functionality. Often plants do not undergo periodic checks on behalf of either the client or the installers, generating consistent economical losses.

Monitoring has many advantages: the plants’ efficiency is checked on a daily basis; correct energy production is monitored by means of regular analysis of the system; comparative analysis, with equivalent systems installed in the area.


SMI srl provides for accurate maintenance of the plant by installing a monitoring system that communicates with any type of inverter fitted with serial port, in order to check the following electrical quantities of the plant:

The system monitors the following electrical quantities:

▢ display of regular working order;
▢ data storage on dedicated server;
▢ reading of inverters, string inverters, fiscal production counters and exchange meters;
▢ analysis of daily, weekly, monthly, yearly and total production;
▢ analysis of power, voltage and current on inverters;

L’impianto fotovoltaico conviene per due semplici ragioni:

  • il costo in bolletta dell’energia elettrica varia tra 0,20 e 0,30 €/kwh mentre il costo di produzione del fotovoltaico varia tra 0,05 e 0,10 €/kwh;
  • le detrazioni fiscali a vantaggio di chi effettua un impianto al servizio della propria abitazione o azienda.

Si deduce quindi che l’energia prodotta e consumata da un impianto fotovoltaico è sempre il fattore di maggior risparmio per l’utente. In generale, l’ammontare di energia elettrica da fonte solare prodotta non corrisponde all’ammontare di elettricità utilizzata. In particolare, il consumo di energia potrebbe eccedere la propria produzione mattutina, notturna, e quella generata durante i mesi invernali. Portando il consumo nelle fasi di picco di produzione di energia fotovoltaica, è possibile aumentare il consumo dell’elettricità auto-prodotta.

La cosa più importante è che il costo dell’energia autoprodotta rimarrà stabile per anni e ad ogni aumento dei prezzi dell’energia elettrica aumenterà il profitto dell’impianto fotovoltaico. A tal proposito si evince che ogni situazione personale è differente. La misura del tetto, il numero di abitanti, il tempo trascorso a casa e il consumo annuale sono tutti fattori che influenzano la progettazione ottimale dell’impianto fotovoltaico. Un sistema di autoconsumo permette di raggiungere fino al 70% di autonomia.
Lo staff di progettisti e installatori tecnici e commerciali della Zanocco SRL resta quindi a vostra completa disposizione per valutazioni, sopralluoghi operativi e preventivi.

L’impianto deve essere in grado di gestire in modo automatico:

  • operazioni di avvio e arresto del gruppo macchina, in seguito a comando manuale/automatico, o a un intervento delle protezioni, con procedure gestite in automatico da PLC;
  • regolazione della potenza erogata, in base alla disponibilità di acqua nei bacini o nelle vasche di carico a monte dell’impianto stesso, gestita in automatico da PLC;
  • verifica delle normali condizioni di funzionamento, con segnalazione tempestiva di anomalie o guasti, gestita in automatico da PLC;
  • regolazione del fattore di potenza, nel rispetto delle direttive di allacciamento alla rete di distribuzione scelta (ENEL, ENEL Energia…);
  • raccolta dati utili per il monitoraggio locale o remoto dell’impianto stesso.

La SMI SRL grazie ai suoi sistemi di automazione, permette a tutte le informazioni di essere visualizzate su un pannello operatore installato sul quadro di comando, il quale svolge la funzione di interfaccia tra l’operatore e il PLC in modo che l’operatore possa interagire con le regolazioni e i comandi principali. Inoltre propone un sistema di telecontrollo che acquisisce i dati e, in seguito a un’eventuale trasformazione, li trasmette fino alla stazione di controllo remoto, dove vengono elaborati, in modo da poter essere poi visualizzati, permettendo così di monitorare e regolare a distanza i parametri di funzionamento dell’impianto, facendo in modo che gli unici interventi manuali necessari si riducano alla manutenzione ordinaria o straordinaria, ottimizzando così l’utilizzo di personale in loco.
